The financial fragility of the arts sector, the difficulty in finding workspaces, the impossibility of having time to research, create and question works has damaged the artistic fabric and seriously interferes with the quality of its work. It also makes it possible to combat asymmetries through the coalition of structures of different investment capacities that can reinforce interventions in more deprived territories.
